About me

I have over 25 years of experience advising, guiding, and coaching in a variety of roles including time as an executive coach, entrepreneur, political consultant, and lawyer. I also have a long history with diverse meditation approaches, healing practices, and sacred traditions.

My Approach

We bring our whole beings -- mind, body, spirit -- to every situation, so I offer holistic coaching designed around who you are, what you value, how you work, and what you want to accomplish, change, and develop. My passion is to creatively collaborate with others at key moments to transform their experience. I support individuals and teams with compassion and humor.
